Is there anyone who have read those novels which are supposed to build your SAT vocabulary? If so, which book do you recommend. Thanks

Actually, there are a few novels. One of the few I've read is The Ring of McAllister by Robert Marantz, published by Kaplan. It has a good 1000+ words that (it claims you need to know). But it's an interesting book, not likely to bore you off, unless you're not into mystery and a bit of romance.

The above recommendation is fabulous. Consider also any books by Anne McCaffrey - she uses fantastic vocabulary in a very comprehensible manner.

i do no longer think of there is any specific thank you to strengthen vocab skills w/o spending beyond common time... flashcards have been continually maximum suitable for me - time ingesting as they're, they artwork. i did attempt those books the place they use words in context, yet you nevertheless ought to study the e book a sturdy few cases - like 5 or greater - to truly remember each and every of the words. with that factor, you have gotten used flashcards and gotten greater specific effects. yeah so i do no longer think of there's a quick decrease in this one. to examine words from interpreting, you hafta study a lot, maximum of cases, that the attempt and time you spend interpreting all that could have been greater suitable and greater effectively spent w/ severe interpreting and memorization. i understand all of us hate spending time doing those products, however the different "shorter" or "greater exciting" procedures jsut do no longer artwork to boot.
