I am a final year graduation student doing honours in English.I am yet to get my Part-I result which is due by the last week of October to first week of November.Is there any opening for me in Navy other than Army.I also have myopia of minus 5.I am desperate to experience the glory and honour and pride of being a defence personnel.I would like to get some definite and perfect informations to make my dream a reality.

I am trying to pass a standardized test in order to teach science and math. My speed of reading is slow and my comprehension has suffered. I am looking for some aid or teaching tool to improve my reading comprehension. I am going back to school to refresh my knowledge but I need some type of assistance to increase my speed of reading and comprehension. Is there software that can convert writen word (textbook) into audio? What steps should I take.? I do not want to give up my dream of teaching.

I have a 10 yr. old with autism. I have been a stay at home Mom since his older sister was born (she is 12 and I currently home school her). One of the reasons I never went back to work was the difficulty in finding daycare that could work with my son's needs. I am interested in knowing how other parents have handled this situation and what their solutions might be. If you live in a county or state with a good program, be sure to name it so that I can put it on my referral data base (I am currently trying to build up a database to share special ed information with military families). she had a spelling test and got none right and my niece studies and everything but she said she can't remember that is why she gets none right. Could there be something wrong that can cause you to study and study but still can't remember how to spell words. She is in 1st grade. The teacher says that she got upset during the spelling test , she is having alot of trouble in school.
Her mom told her tat she got a F on her paper and she was so upset when she was told that and she said she hates spelling test. There is someone working one on one with her. I told her mom she is crying out for help. She had alot of trouble in kindergarten and she is still having alot of trouble and she is in 1st grade.
I love my niece and i want her to get whatever help she can get and i don't like seeing her suffering and having so much of a hard time in school.

Do you have any suggestions and ideas?
Do you think she has any special needs or what?

in answers if "one" opens 10 accounts & in each account asks 20 questions and picks "one's" answers as best answers and also by picking best answers gets another 60 points, to ask further 12 questions. again "one" is judged best answerer. "one" therefore collects 384 points from 1 account or 3840 points from 10 accounts. how far would be level 7 ?

i hve tried using flash cards, white board, worksheets for tracing nd matching ...but he can tell wht picture is being showed but cant recognize the alphabet. fr last 3 mths trying diff ways but he is still nt able to distinguish n recognize a-e
wht can be done.

in my class, im in a group of high scoring people,in them almost all of them score great marks.but when they dont feel that im great too i really feel bad.i feel low esteem and complex.why? why? today i sang a song i know i sing well ,but when my another friend...who is the topper.....sang a stupid song(some how nicely) they were recording her as if she is britiney!!why i feel so jealous!!
