its good. it helps young adults understand what their bodies are going through during puberty and young adulthood. it also helps to prevent unnecesary sexual activity, and the results of such activity should it be done.

I think it all depends on how it's taught.
The objective of any sex education should be to promote health and safety. All children should be encouraged to not have sex, but they should learn the basic things they need to know about it.
The basics they should know are the risks of sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy.
Boys should be every bit as aware of those risks as girls are, even though they personally don't get pregnant. In a responsible society the father in a pregnancy should be held every bit as responsible for the pregnancy as the mother is.
Diseases include the obvious--syphilis and gonorrhea, but also AIDS and chlamydia. Any of these can be deadly and can be transmitted to a sexual partner.
Sex education should not in any way encourage students to have sex. Those kids who are bound and determined to have it probably will, and they should at least have some basic knowledge of it if they do.
Many sensible young people would take a mature attitude about sex once they have some education on it and know that waiting until later is the best course of action.

Sex education is very good. It is better for them to know what is going on with themselves and with the opposite sex, and how things work, then to not know, or to hear from someone, something that is completely wrong.

yeah it is okay only that it must be taught in a way that the students will not see it as an avenue to abuse sex. Since it is something they will grow up to do, there is nothing wrong in their knowing what it entails and the risk involved as they grow up

Other than the fact that they probably know what they need to know about the physical aspects, they could use the emotional side of it.
