What is your end goal? Trying to gain or lose weight? If trying to loose weight use a well balanced diet, with exercise. Cut out food that is high in fat and sugars, etc. If trying to gain a high protein diet could help. Consult your doctor or nutricianist before changing a diet.

All of them. The whole idea is calories in over calories out. Meaning, if you want to lose weight you need to decrease your calories in (food) or increase your calories out(exercise.) If you want to gain weight, you need to increase your calories in or decrease your calories out.
