I have to choose a major, but don't know which one. I want to do anything that deals with chem., but I want to know

Who gets paid good Chemist or Biochemist? Their salary?

I only like chem b/c I was doing very good in it compare to other classes, especially in Organic Chem. thats why I am making chemistry my major. I don't have a lot of knowledge of lab material ( I mean I am bad at chemistry lab work ), but the manipulation of the compound structure and everything else , I was good at.
And since I like biology too, I was thinking of doing Biochemistry.

How will I get job and where will I get it?

Any advice would be truly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like exciting books w/ both adventure and excitement. Fiction books are my favorate. Some of my favorite books are Da Vinci Code, and Devil Wears Prada. (doesn't always have to be associated w/ a movie!!)

Ok, i have to admit, i failed 3 times this year, luckily coming out in all passing grades by the end of the year (yay! no summer school!) but everyone thinks im stupid. I am not one of those preppy girls that act like their stupid and really are. That's just how i act. It is natural. But it really goes crazy when i flirt with guys. But im really smart and i only failed because i didn't do my homework.

Im a girl that would use really big words without knowing it. I've won my school geography bee. I (was) in every high honors. But now im being told im really stupid! Help!

Woe my weary, shackled eyes cannot rest
On anything but this villainous page.
Knowing the realm of sweet dreams would be best,
Homework, intangible bars of my cage,
My concentration, at best, is choppy.
Discombobulated mind on my bed.
My penmanship has become quite sloppy,
Sad, sullen lines on which I rest my head.
Homework strikes like a vampire in the night
The frustration that sucks life from my soul.
Pleading for the chance to turn off the light.
A moment’s sleep the unreachable goal.
