I like exciting books w/ both adventure and excitement. Fiction books are my favorate. Some of my favorite books are Da Vinci Code, and Devil Wears Prada. (doesn't always have to be associated w/ a movie!!)

If you liked Da Vinci Code, you will enjoy Angels and Demons and Holy Blood, Holy Grail. But if you're looking for a break from the history books, read either The Godfather, The Sicilian, or The Last Don, all by Mario Puzo. They are terrific books.

Check out James Patterson, Micheal Critchon and John Grisham, all are very good writers with lots of things happening in the books.
If you like Stephen King, check out "For a Buick Eight" its not spooky but its got action and twists and turns.
And if you like history books look at Mario Puzo's Godfather books. Or the book by Alex Haley Roots.

John Connelly is excellent (anything by him). If you enjoyed the DaVinci Code, try reading Steve Berry's books. I especially liked The Third Secret. Excellent read! :)
