I have to do a project on 3 psychologists for my AP Psychology class. Im almost finished i just need to know The historical approach to psychology (How there theory was used in the past) and The contemporary approach to psychology(how is it used now) for each psychologists? I have previously asked and answered for questions in "Homework Help", and I'm wondering about a few things..

Is it considered a form of cheating? Because of the unfair advantage over those who don't receive info from YA? Do you feel it's like having another person do your homework for you?

Also, should the askers be aware that not all answers received may be reliable? Or is it at their own risk that they ask for help online instead of researching on their own.

Lastly, some people directly ask for answers, and some simply ask for help. Would you give the answer straightaway, or try to help the asker learn how to answer the question?

I am having a terrible time finding information about decontaminating a city, the buildings, equipment, etc, after a dirty bomb attack. I can find info on decontaminating a person, but not their environment. This is for a school paper, I am not a chemistry major, this is for emergancy planning, so I am not terribly technical. Can anybody help me? And I don't want websites that you have not looked at because I have looked at tons that DO NOT have the info I need. I want ones with decontamination of concrete, soil, or the logistics of decontamination of a city.
