I'm sure you could find a wealth of information about each of these psychologists at a college library or online. The contemporary approach doesn't sound too hard; you could probably just check wikipedia or your own textbook.

Freudian theory is mostly used now in psychoanalysts' approach to counseling - the id, ego, and superego. His psychosexual theories aren't in use so much now as they were seen as "the word" in his day. Paiget is most known for his theories of cognitive development, which are still in use today by many child psychologists. Kohlberg's stages of moral development are more of an academic approach and have little more than classroom use unless you're studying sociopaths.

Check out wikipedia - it has a lot of information on psychosocial theory.
