I assume you mean f(x) = √[25 - x]

g(x) = (1/3)*f(5x)

f(5x) = √[25 - 5x]

(1/)*f(5x) = (1/3)√[25 - 5x]

This can be simplified in a number of ways. One is to factor 25 from under the radical to get

(5/3)√[1 - x/5]
