change the sentence so it reads "we are pleased to inform you, that we are able to provide office space (one wing ) on the 12th floor. This office space is currently being occupied by the Canadian Embassy and will be available for your company in the near future. rental charges will be QR 42,000 p/mnth "

Not really. Frankly,the letter doesn't actually say anything definitel
Change may to able. Are you or are you not going to provide the office space. May implies that you have even decided.
2nd sentence, sounds like youare stringing them along. what date will it be available?
The mention of the Canadian embassy is stilted and not smooth. Perhaps second sentence as
This office space, which is now occupied by the Canadian embassy, will be available on "date"
Why the - after / ?
As I said, you do not offer anything, so they can not confirm anything. Fix that.
Also, exactly what did you want them to acknowledge? .
