For many years Americans have been going to movie theaters for a one of a kind experience. The venue, the company, the good o' popcorn and a soda, but among these things the actual movie it self. One of the better known genres of movies is horror. A individual might ask why horror films? Because it stimulates the viewers interest in a new and different way. This type of film specifically stimulates fear, fear of ones com rads, of where one lives, of ones country, and even of ones self. Movie goers in America have chosen to see horror films for the pure fact of curiosity. Monsters, psychos, and mutated being of the beyond all leave viewers horrified but coming back for more. American viewers throughout history have been influenced by horror films and even influenced horror films through their actions, and words. The human mind always seems to wander, wondering what if such a thing could happen. Through jealousy, anger, and bitterness of the past the people make the villains, if and only when they do in fact go insane.
