It depends who you are interested and why. It doesn't have to be an actual person but maybe a character in a movie or book eg harry potter.
What about someone less well known but has a huge impact on your life eg your grandad or favourite uncle? Why do they have an impact do they take you to games or spend time with you.
What about a teacher or tutor.
Consider historical character eg hilter, winston churchill
Or maybe think outside the box and describe the people of a country? Their culture and beliefs etc.

Find something that interest you. Describe something that you know about. Hmmm building models, uh making something, baking something. Just anything that is of interest to you then describe it. It will be more fun if you choose something that you truely know about.
