Are horror movies often not exploration of the fears of our subconscious? Is Stephen King not, in fact, peddling bogey men from our childhood? Interestingly, also, people other than Americans also go to movie theatres, or cinemas. My main criticism of this piece is that you do not seem to have a main point. It might be a good idea to pick one and make sure it is made - for example: People are attracted to what they fear. That's an interesting point to discuss and you make it right at the end of your paragraph; introduce it into your discussion a little earlier and then explore the notion.

actualy people are not attracted to what they fear but the way the evils are presnted in the movies is attracting. The villains in films are always shooted impressively. This is what attract the viewers. Also they enjoy the victory of truth over the devil.
