How to prepare a introduction on report or project and conclusion to score?

I'm facing projects now....... and worst is that in lab report, i add in discussion to the conclusion....

The introduction points out the key ideas or details, and the conclusion ties everything together, usually echoing the intro.
Ask yourself, if I had to summarize everything in one paragraph, what would I include? there is your intro! What do I hope people remember about this report a year from now? that is your conclusion!
