I'm having a little trouble with this problem about pascal's triangle.

I'm supposed find the connection between the number of rows in the triangle, and sum of all numbers in the triangle.

For example: If there are 2 rows in in the triangle, the sum of all the numbers in the triangle would be 3.

So... i have to find the the sum of all the numbers in the triangle if I had 50 rows in the triangle.
Also the same thing with "n"

If anybody has any ideas, please post =]]

I know this is a relatively 'hot topic.' I hear many children are overloaded and that homework that is assigned isn't that helpful. Do you think homework should be optional in grade school like it is in college? How many hours of homework do you or your child do a day? any thoughts are welcome!!!

I am writing an essay about Emerson's poetry. My thesis was: Common characteristics of Emerson's potry include subject of nater, subject of religion, and rhyming.
My teacher circled "rhyming" and wrote "That's pretty narrow. Perhaps you should broaden to traditional verse forms"
So should I just change "rhyming" to "traditional verse forms"? Can I still just write about rhyming in that paragraph?
What does "traditional verse forms" mean exactly?

While exploring on the back side of the moon Professor A. Brayne has come upon a strange monolith. The monolith is sitting vertically in the middle of an unexplored lunar ravine. The professor believes the monolith may have been built by an alien civilization. To determine the height of the mysterious object, the professor uses her 36-cm-long lunar core sampler (LCS). She holds the LCS vertically out in front of her, 64 cm away from her eye, and moves toward the monolith until she sees its top just over the top of her LCS and sees its just beneath the bottom of her LCS. She paces off the distance from that point to the monolith's base and finds that it is 28 m. How tall is the monolith?
