I am studying for my math final tomorrow and I need some help on this problem:

When kerosene is purified to make jet fuel, pollutants are removed by passing the kerosene through a special clay filter. Suppose a filter is fitted in a pipe so that 15% of the impurities are removed for every foot that the kerosene travels. Write and exponential function to model the percent of impurity left after the kerosene travels x feet.

"I did not at all expected that he would come."

Wouldn't it be 'I did not at all expect that he would come?'

Most questions get replies like, "Do your own homework".
Why reply with that answer when it is clearly in the right category?

By labelling a category as Homework Help puts emphasis on not learning for oneself but I could place a question in the Science category and get lots of decent answers even though... thanks, you've just done my homework for me...

Would it be better to not have the Homework category at all? What do you think?

It's not really a homework assignment, I just need ideas on what to draw for fun, I'm really bored and have nothing else to really do, and I figure it's probably better than sitting on the computer all day, SO... I need some ideas on what to draw, here are some things what I want it to be about...

Either:

Battle
Loss
Death
Sacrifice
and/or
Lust

Once again, It doesn't have to be any of these, but it helps if it is, b/c that's mainly the stuff I draw, but i anyone could get me something for all of those... Grrrrrreat!
