i am sort of struggling with the grammar on my essay
i am a foreign student that i don't know much about grammar
here's my essay----------------------------

pretzel is one of my unfavorite snacks. Even though it looks like
appetizing and delicious, in fact, it never tates good to me. Unlike sweet and softly-melting cookies, the prezel has a salty taste that it's taste detracts it from the value. In addition, the sense of tough is rough because of saltlike crystalization on the pretzel.
The reason that i don't like pretzel is because its salty taste and its roughness. Even when i eat a litte amount of pretzles, I usually feel that the sense of my tougue becomes dull due to their salty taste. Also, Because i prefer sweet cookies to tasteless snacks, i don't eat pretzels at all although there are lots of pretzles in my house. Moreover, when I touch the saltlike crystalization, the sense of my fingers become rough and coarse. Therefore, i don't like prezel at all.

Im having problems with my homework, its on algebra 2 and I cant find the answer. Here is the question:

write an equation which, when paired with -2x+3y=12 to form a system, has the given number of solutions.

a. exactly one solution.

b. No solution.

c. infinitely many solutions.

the questions comes from the McDougal Littell Algebra 2 book. page 191, question #13.

-x^2+2x+2......okay the answer I got for this one is .............. one plus or minus negative one times square root of 3.....but the answer in the book says one plus or minus square root of 3...close but not exact

Ok so if I wanted to get rid of the fractions I would multiply by 6, but does the fraction cancel out the 6?
Eg. Would my next line be: 24+42+12= 30+6 or 4+7+12= 5+6 ?
I think it's the 1st one but I need to know for sure for a test coming up.
