You cannot "download" a website. you can download a data file from a website, but you would need to provide more details.

If you want to download a website, that means you want to save the website to your disk. For that, all you need to do is click on FILE at that top row menu of your browser then click on SAVE PAGE AS... then type the name of the file that you know you'd remember.

A better alternative is to bookmark the website (or add to favorite). In this manner, all you need to do is click on the bookmark the next time around and you will be able to view the website with all of its posted updates.

Now... if you simply want to save a downloadable content from that website, all you need to do is rightclick on that file link, then click on SAVE LINK AS... or SAVE FILE AS... and then the filename and only that file will be saved to your disk.
