how would each of these variables feature in such a campaign?
its like launching a campaign in a village in africa, some cant read, and some cant afford a television, even those that can afford a television dont have electricity or a generator set! how do one pass such a message on HIV/AIDS to them?
its actually an assignment & i need help please.
