I am science graduate and Diploma in Total Quality Management and ISO 9000 Series.

I have total 5 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Including 3 yrs with dual responsibility - testing and Quality Assurance.

My current responsibility is
-to manage process Quality
- training on standards and quality management system, CMMI, S/W life cycle etc
- Tailoring Processes
- Internal Auditing
- Assisting PMs in managing Quality of the Project
etc

he is now 16 years old and my wife denies to take his responsibility. He is liake a typical teen but the problem is he is wearing g-strings! I asked him, if he was gay and he said no. He has a regular relationship with a nice girl who I know her family too. With that silly looking baggy pants and a g-string he looks terrible. But he says that he likes it. Is it normal for a teen boy doing that?? My wife says, our children should do what ever they want. I don't think so openly! I tried to communicate to my son. I asked why he tried to be different. He strongly disagreed that he was trying to be different, he says he likes the feeling of a g-string... However, if he is not gay? How come he likes the string feeling. I am totally confused. What's more, two other friends from his school have started wearing strings too... How can I get my son giving up wearing that things???

He was in speech previously once a week with public school speech therapist and was exited b/c he had reached all his goals. Now he is, as they say, age appropriate, yet we have trouble understanding him. We start h/s with his older brother and him in September and would like to include speech in his daily lessons.

I lost the CD that came with my Sunday School curriculum. I'm looking for fun kids' churchy or campy songs (with a Jesus theme, of course!) Sites with lyrics, possibly a site where I could buy a cool CDor two that work well for sing-a-longs would be great! Thanks!
