What kind of job I can get in UK?

Question

I am science graduate and Diploma in Total Quality Management and ISO 9000 Series.

I have total 5 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Including 3 yrs with dual responsibility - testing and Quality Assurance.

My current responsibility is
-to manage process Quality
- training on standards and quality management system, CMMI, S/W life cycle etc
- Tailoring Processes
- Internal Auditing
- Assisting PMs in managing Quality of the Project
etc

Please let me know whether I can get a suitable job in the same field.
