I used to work at 1800flowers.com. I'm trying to describe my job and it just doesn't flow. This is the only job I can't seem to write about and make sense with... I know it's horrible but any help would be greatly appreciated!! Here's what I got:

"There were many aspects of this job. I would answer phones to take, place, and advise on orders coming in using computer software. We also used sales pitches to get customers to buy more items. I would also receive customer complaints and fix the problem offering an array of services. I learned how to calm very irate customers. I also went in to the computer system to work on CSIs [customer service investigations] to resolve unfinished customer related issues. We would work hand and hand with flower companies using the Teleflora system and help with filling orders as well as the USPS to fill by mail orders."

Thanks!!

Im doing a report comparing 2 different colleges please answer my questions and name your college + tell me if it is online or not. Im pressed for time and i didnt procrastination. Just rant into bad luck.

What’s all included in the graduation requirements?
Can previous units be transferred? How many?
In total, how many units do I need to graduate to fulfill the college requirements?
Approximately how many years will it take me to graduate without any breaks? And is there a faster way to accomplish my educational goals?
How will I know when I have fulfilled all my requirements? And what are my chances of early employment in my field?

Is your college reasonable affordable? Why?
Are there grant programs or scholarship opportunities to help pay for my tuition and enrollment fees, books and supplies? What are they?
What is the payment schedule implemented?
What program(s) should I join to help lead me to employment within my major?
How does the acceptance process work? When is best to begin these program(s)?
B. Is it costly? Time consuming? Is the program(s) within my reach?

We have searched and searched for a free homeschooling program but were able to find none. We have homeschooled once before with Connections Academy, but disapproved with their curriculum. Most homeschooling programs require ou to pay money for enrollment, and charge you a fee every month for being in their program. The total price is WAY out of the question. We simply cant afford 2-3 thousand dollars a month on top of utilities, groceries, medical, etc.

So here is my question:
Is there a good homeschooling program out there with reasonable prices? I have one daughter who is going into 9th grade, and a son who is going into 5th.

Many thanks in advance,
Nora.

we cant just get changed coz shes taken all our clothes away, and she thinks that me and sarah will get on better if she punishes us both for what the other one has done, its stupid ... and boring... and hot... ( blazers are always on)
