My son loves to listen to imaginative stories. He loves space and magic and magical adventures. He has all the popular "Give a Mouse a Cookie" or "Where the Wild Things Are" -type books. I'm looking for something different.

I have never had a cell phone and don't need one except I want to have one in the car for emergencies. If I get a prepaid one, how do I pay if I use it? I don't want to pay unless I have to call 911 in the car. How does this work?

I need to study for my math exam. other than the obvious thoughts of reasons why i should go study and such...

what are some actual, physical ways to get me to study?

I think about getting a great job, be successful, etc but those are just thoughts. what are some ways to actually get myself to study...

i am just going to finish my schooling and i am kind of interested to do fashion designing.i don't know anybody who has done this course and i want to know whether this is a good choice and whether it has got good scope.how are we supposed to prepare for the entrance exam?do we study maths in this course?should we have good drawing skills to do this course?

Was told in class that we could pick any topic that we didn't know alot about and research it. However what you studied had to be in a question form...

eg. instead of "the brain"--- it could be "how does the brain work" or "what does the brain do?" etc

so my question is... If you were given the chance to research/study any topic, what would you pick? what would really interest you, that you can't wait to find out more about?

I'm 15 and I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was about 12 or 13. I did very bad in school when I was in sixth grade, (I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD yet) and I had to go to summer school, I finally got medicine for my ADHD in seventh grade, then in eigth grade I finally pulled everything together and started doing better because I my mom got me in special ed. finally even though I should have been in teacher consultent. I'm a freshman in High School now (9th grade) and i'm finally doing so good this year, i'm getting all A's and B's and all of my teachers like me. My question is what am I going to do later though when I go to college? What should I do since there won't be the teacher consultent there? And also, am I going to have to take this medicine for my whole life even when I have a job? because I don't want to take this medicine for my whole life.

Let's say you're on a stranded island. With you is another survivor, one who nags at you and talks of nothing but nonsense 24/7. Both of you are sitting by a fire you built and that guy is being an incredible pain in the neck. Then, a fat wild boar comes up to you and cuddles near the fire. Now, you realise that you have a deadly gun in your pocket with only one bullet loaded. You've been stranded for days, slowly dying of hunger and the pain your survivor friend gives you. A new hope lies within the gun. Who would you shoot? If you shoot the survivor, you'll have peace but no food because he's uneatable due to the fact that he has an internal fungal growth which is starting to spread to his eyeballs. If you shoot the wild boar, you're gonna have one hell of a feast but will not gain any peace and quiet because that survivor guy looks strong enough to live another month or two. So who would get the bullet? The survivor or the boar?

i was wondering my brother is taking a at home career course in buisness managment from stratford and i was thinking about taking there at home study course to earn my high school diploma but it costs about 600 dollars and I dont wanna waste my money So has anyone ever taken this course before? do you know if it is legit?
