what exactly is the difference between studying "medicine" and "mbbs"?

because im planning to become a doctor and when i check the university courses some refer to it as medicine and some as mbbs. . .so which one is it???

medicine field is basically concerned with study of preparation,uses.effects and side effects of medicine...but mbbs on the other side helps u to study the human body ,the general and specified anatomy of various organs .......function and the way they work so that u understand them and trat disorders
