I need to study for my math exam. other than the obvious thoughts of reasons why i should go study and such...

what are some actual, physical ways to get me to study?

I think about getting a great job, be successful, etc but those are just thoughts. what are some ways to actually get myself to study...

...like...

perhaps drinking energy drinks?
stuff like that you know? anything will help. thanks!

When I was younger, holding a book in my arms and walking around in circles while I was studying from it helped me.

Sometimes I used to walk back and forth from one end of the room to the other.

Set yourself goals and limits. Try studying for 20 minutes, and then rewarding yourself with a 5 minute break to play a quick game of solitare, get up and get a drink of water, or just relax.
Set up your environment so that it is conducive to study -- music may help (although it may also distract some people). Rid yourself of all other distractions -- email, internet, phone, magazines, etc. -- and make sure that you have plenty water.
Good luck on the exam!

it depends in your motivation to study. you must motivate yourself to study. without motivation you can't succeed in whatever you want to do. the physical thing you want to do? well in studying you can munch on finger foods while studying. just don't overdo it might make you sleepy or too full to study. another thing i do when studying is after reading for an hour or two i'll stop and have a break for 10 to 15 mins. I'll do anything with that time, walk, exercise, eat something, talk or text. anything that i can do then go back studying after that.
