their website is not helping issues.

hw do i know they r not over for the april exams?

You did not say if you were in the US or International. If you are in the US the GRE is given every month--you just need to contact your local testing center and reserve your spot for the test date you want.

GRE is conducted by ETS. You can get details on GRE Exam, GRE Question pattern, its registration and application procedure on http://www.biotechworld.cjb.cc

Details on TOEFL, IELTS and New SAT are also there.
