A medical song for you..

Answer is hidden inside..

My timpani play a rhythmic song,
With hammer on anvil I play along.
Down my canal no ship sets course,
And I have a stirrup that fits no horse.
What am I?

I am down to my two picks for pursuing my mba degree. However one school is accredited by IACBE and the other AACSB. I like the school that is accredited by IACBE, because the curriculum is seems better than the one accredited by AACSB. Should I go for accreditation or curriculum? This is very confusing for me...Anyone who knows anything about accreditation and post graduate marketability...PLEASE HELP ME! I gained my undergraduate degree from a school that's accredited by AACSB.

I'm doing a part time MA in Film which I started September 2005.

It consists of 4 essays of 4000 words each and a 20,000 word dissertation. Although I have a choice of actually making a film instead of doing a written dissertation.

I have a film I want to make which is really the only reason I started this course. I figured if I was going to make a film, why not do it as part of a university course and get a degree out of it?

But the course was advertised as a 'Taught MA' and the only contact I had was 8 weeks of seminars at the start, doing 3 modules that were optional for me, and none had anything to do with film. My supervisor has little knowledge of film and I have had little contact with him. Plus they do not like lending me cameras when I have filming to do - I get them for very short amounts of time and must prove it is for academic work.

I can't believe I paid £3000 for this. If I drop out now, even at this relatively late stage, could I get my fees back?

...kids dont ever write examinations (except of course the Sats and GCSE's) and then people turn around and say even this is not fair because "they're only kids". In South Africa we have to write examinations every single year of our school lives, we develop the habit and our exams and university requirements are so rigorous that when I came to teach here it suprised me that some parents feel "they are only kids" and shouldnt be tested etc. Surely, school prepares them for the real world where they actually get asked questions or "tested" in the workplace...shouldnt the kids be prepared for working life? Funny that these "mere children" are the main perpetrators of crime in society, I come from crime-ridden south africa, but our criminals are generally marginilized people who seek to obtain basic necessities through crime, not excusable at all, but I think perhaps the British Education system (claiming its standards are "first world") could take a less lack lustre approach?

“Nulty’s shirt was frayed and his coat sleeves had been turned in at the cuffs. He looked poor enough to be honest, but he didn’t look like a man who could deal with Moose Malloy.”
Was it that he couldn’t be honest because he looked poor enough or to be honest (frankly speaking) he looked poor enough or because of his looking poor enough you could trust him to be honest or what? The author is Raymond Chandler.
