I have to do a 2-3 page report on a scientest(preferably biologist) that isn't a white male European. It can be a black male European or a white female European or any combination of anything except for white male European.. Also I can't do George Washington Carver because too many people do him every year, so we aren't aloud to report on him any more. My teacher would rather it be a female. Oh, and not inventors, strictly scientists.

Here is a stumper. I need alot of help here!!!?
When a spherical cell increases in diameter from 2 micro meters to 20 micrometers, by what factor does its surface area change? By what factor does its volume changes? (The surface area of a sphere =4pi radius2, and the volume of a sphere =4/3pi readius3. Diameter = 2x radius. is this english??

I was told Gilbert had the best schools in the whole state of AZ so we moved there. My 5th grader goes to Gilbert El and I am not happy with the work he is bringing home. He's learning what he already learned in NY in the 3rd grade! Please help!! We will move wherever my children can get the best Education. Maybe that is out of Arizona altogether.
