I have discovered watching my nieces in school that it can be really droll to them because things are becoming so strict I sometimes try to think of different ways to make my more boring subjects interesting . One teacher kind of acted out some history to get us started , one teacher had us hold mock trials to teach us government . Just small little things like this may not reach all but even one is important ask the kids on ideas throw out the B.S. with good humor and you just might get some good answers from the very ones you are trying to reach

Well maybe you should rephrase the question. Maybe it should be why are they not paying attention to the lesson that is being taught? Maybe they are not interested and if that is the case why? Having a "good time" is important even in the classroom. Maybe you need to find a way to get the kids interested. How does the material being taught relate to what is currently going on in their lives. How will it impact their future?

I have had moderate luck taking a few aside and appealing to them, pleading for them to realize their potential (flattery gets you everywhere, right?). However, I think we just have to accept that there will be some who will not realize the benefits of what they are being offered until later. In the meantime, rest assured in that hope, and let them go their own way, removing them from class , if only to the assistant principal's office for a time-out, if/when they interfere with others' learning.

I'd say you are a little bit AR (anal retentive) and that it bothers you when every minute at school isn't involved in the curriculum. Some kids need fart around time in order to learn. Maybe the class needs to be reconfigured so that their activities can increase with their energy level. If they are most physically active right after lunch, then it's probably not the best time for Social Studies or history, but chemistry or physics would create some interest. What you should say to them is, "Hi, my name is, my name is, my name is.....Slim Shady".

it quite is a shame...i think of that they lack concentration and could want a lil greater desirable help in the variety of tutoring to get them returned on aim...they're the very ones who want guidance notwithstanding it quite is a complicated call. you do no longer want to penalize people who're attempting to income additionally. If it gets too lots they could have their very own training so as that they do no longer distract something of the type...
