Education & Reference - 10 October 2006

I have to give a short lesson on conclusion of speech (what it is, how to properly use it, etc..). I can't find any facts or research on this topic. I know conclusion of speech is a pretty basic concept but I want to present it professionally.
Can any english majors or speech experts help me out?
Or just a link would help a lot I can't find anything.

I am a jr in college, I'm only in my 7th week of classes but things just keep getting worse. I had to go from full time to part time at wk, I have a 4 yr old, and the bills are kicking my butt. I have been in school since K and I"ve felt like I should have taken a break a long time ago but I wanted to keep going. I feel like I have the world on my shoulders and I need that weight lifted off. I find my slef stressed out more than I've ever been. I know it's not good for my health or my family. Should I stay in school and take the chance of failing all or most of my classes or should I take a semester or two off? If I take a semester or two off I will get back in school i have student loans so I would be back in school before I would have to make payments on them.

My 10 y/o son has ADD & ODD. We can not motivate this child to do any school work. He plays sports and has recently become ineligible to play. However, the school's rule is that you sit out one week and they reassess your grades the next Friday. Next Friday rolls around and I discover that he sits in class and will not do his classwork. We have taken everything away from him over time and it seems that he does not care. We are at our wits end. I know he is capable of doing the work.

Basically i am really confused. I know that NUS is the best to have.
And i heard that SIM degrees are not recognised overseas, but only locally. How true is that?

What I'd like to know is -- to people ever get declined for these? My understanding is that these loans are not credit based but I can't imagine that just anyone can get one. Does anyone know the criteria, etc.? Also, I have one small federal loan out right now which is in excellent standing.
