More city's then you can list as even some city's in Texas such as Galveston has lost a foot which was mostly do to over pumping water from beneath the city which also was a factor in Venice which they now stopped as some city's have been built on Less then perfect substrate one reason NY city was able to go so high was the fact the city was build into the bedrock in New Orleans however some house need foundation posts that go down over 300 feet. if those post are not done there the house will start to lean to one side till it is unlivable.
the third factor is sea level rise which is a know factor as all that ice that melting around the world is going some were and while it not a foot by it self it add to the general sinking everywhere
one other factor can be storm as a few thousand acres of land disappeared after Katrina in southern Louisiana
