what are grossary items? are they gross?
there are too many vegetables and flowers to list them "all".

u can refer to the dictionary for the name of the all the vegeetables and flowers. And for the grossary items ask the list from the grossary store manager.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. And so as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
