America’s public schools today are far from where they were originally. Evolutionary teaching and practice are everywhere—in the science curriculum, of course, but also in the philosophy of law taught in law schools today, and in the age segregation and emphasis on peer groupings that abound in schools. Even Supreme Court justices have an evolutionary basis in law that affects the way they decide education cases.

Why should students be expected to behave well when they are taught that they are just animals, and the absolutes of the Scriptures are banished from the classroom?

I am planning to participate in a Study Abroad program and I am torn between Chinese and Japanese. Both are high demand languages and I am both a fan of the two cultures... I love Japan for their anime, manga, and music (Arashi!)... I love China for their good dramas and music too... And yes, superb cultures...

I am planning to be a Foreign Service Officer too... What do you think is the language I should choose given that I both LOVE the language and culture??? I'd rather hear opinions than tossing a coin...

Thanks!

I have to prove to a friend of mine that it is not lethal and I am also interested myself...I spent four hours researching and from what it sounds like marijuana is safer to smoke than cigarettes. Can somebody help me out and tell me whats the deal with this? Why are cigarettes available so readily and are legal when "pot" is nowhere near as dangerous??
