I don't think it's so much a case of looking down on people from a certain school or ITE.

In general, people tend to hold those who don't even try to achieve something in life in lower regard. You can be from the "best" schools and receive the "best" education, but can still be a total idiot and would still be looked down on. Trust me, I see those around me at work.

I don't think people look down on ITE students. I think we've passed the era where people were silly enough to base their judgement of someone from their school. I'd regard anyone who can display some form of intelligent consciousness higher regardless of what school they come from.

Yes, many people do, but take heart and do your best in life. There are many of the ITE alumni who achieve great things, especially in business. What many Singaporeans don't seem to realise is that most of the highly qualified are employees while their employers are often people who started from the lowest rungs of employment. Of course, this doesn't mean you should shun education when given the opportunity, only that your life has alot more to offer than what they would have you believe.

i personally dont believe on looking down on people and i seldom do so even though i know that there are a lot of singaporeans look down on them.
