My son will turn 5 On August 25th, 2007. The cut-off for him to enter kindergarden is September 1, 2007. Here's the problem....

As a former educator I have always said to keep those summer baby boys home for one more year. They are just not mature enough, especially as they enter middle school years. However, my own son is causing me to reevaluate that belief.

At the age of 3 he knows all his letters, capital and lower case, can count and recognize numbers through 100, knows all his shapes, colors (english and spanish) and phonics. He's already about halfway through kindergarden curriculum at his pre-school and he's not even four and has another year before kindergarden. His current teachers feel he is mature for his age as well, but he is only 3. How mature can a three year old really be? Given his academic achievements, should I hold him back or push him forward? I don't want him to act up in school due to immaturity, but boredom could become a factor as well.

I graduated from college in May 2005 and received a BA in Art History. For the past year I have been working in sales/marketing. I may be looking into going back to school. I've considered becoming three things: 1) A health teacher (I like to answer the teenagers questions online about issues with boyfriends/sex/drugs etc.) 2) An Art teacher (one of the reasons that I was an Art History major) or 3) an Interior designer (another reason that I was an A.Hist. major)
The thing is, i'm always sketching floorplans and looking through magazines and re-arranging my bedroom etc...

How do I become a teacher or an interior designer if I already have a degree?

I couldn't afford the tuition in my college so I stop taking courses and notity the college. Now they want to charge me with the full tuition for the year saying that it says so in the handbook they first gave me. Can they do that?

I mean I didn't take half of the courses this year and I let them know I couldn't afford it, and that I would need to take a year off.

My friends and I have an argument. Do you think that a child would learn to walk if he/she never saw an adult doing it? For instance would a child creep for the rest of their life it they say all adults creeping?
