I took an online IQ Test for adults and I got a 189 and I'm only 13.... is that good?

It means you took a test which has no actual bearing on your intelligence. Get tested professionally by a psychologist and then see how smart you really are.

IQ doesn't go up with age, only down. If it's a web quiz, it's not actully a true IQ test, and can't be accountable most of the time. If it's an official test, 160 is usually considered above average. 189 isn't on the IQ test, Elbert Einstein wasn't even that high, and he is usually considered tops on the charts, hehehe. I usually score from 160 to 192 on online tests, and got a 168 on the official test given to me in high school, so you can see the variance.

189 is genius level. Highest measured IQ is 228 by Marilyn vos Savant. A score of 100 is average. If one truly values a accurate score, then retake the test under controlled conditions.

I am sure the site that you took the test on has some information on what your score means.
However, you should know that the IQ tests that are found online are not very accurate.

Online IQ tests are not even remotely close to accurate. They don't have any sort of scientific principle behind them and are basically just a high school exam.

That's really good for anyone, but Internet IQ tests can be unreliable sometimes.

absolutely phenomenal!!! Einstein had a 146 ( or 149, can't remember exact number). so, for a kid to score 189 would mean... well.. off the charts really.

It's not bad. You should think about taking a real one, or look into taking your schools equivalent of the PSAT, you might even get to skip a couple grades. If nothing else, it's good practice.
