one of my poems below, what do you think of it?

Everything about the rose,
Reminds me of my mother.
Those dark red petals how they seem,
To hug and kiss each other.

I wonder if she saw the same,
As she gazed upon it's splendour.
A rose so red as if it bled,
Reminds me of my mother.

We have now decided where our daughter will go to college. The loans are Fed. Perkins Loan, Fed sub Stafford Loan and Fed. Plus Loan. We have just received this info. Tried to phone college today to find out what next but no reply, may be too late, office closed. Just wondering can anyone tell us do we go through the college or do we have to find the lenders ourselves. Thanks for any info. Feel sort of stupid to ask this but!!!

I am homeschooling and in my senior year, but I still don't feel up to par in my own knowledge. I want to give myself about 6 months after graduating HS to assess my intelligence and see where I really want to take it. I'm well aware that I should have done this during my school years, but certain situations and the lack of proper guidance prevented me from focusing on my future goals. I wanted to know whether it would affect my success if I were to enter college a little later then most and how exactly could it affect my chances of getting into college?

Would free Healthcare and Education be a boon or a bust to the US economy? If people got to choose where to go and then use a government paid card to pay for these things. The card would cover all expenses for a medium level of healthcare care and anything life threatening. It could also be used at a college or university of your choice to pay for tuition as long as it met a few basic requirements.

The taxpayers would pay for it of course. A redistrobution of wealth through taxes that mostly would come from the rich and go to the poor as usual. The rich can earn 10% of of their money for just having it sit diversified in the market. Money now is worth more than money in the future. The rich make money easier so I think it's ok to tax them a bit. Education and healthcare would give everybody the same oppurtunity to go after their dreams.

Why do poor people often worry about taxes when they are the beneficiaries? The rich pay the most because the

Its pathetic to go somewhere back East and have someone say "Where are you from?" Then, when you reply "New Mexico" they respond with some idiotic comment like "Wow. You speak English well." "Did you have to get a passport to come here?" I mean, come on! Its disgracing America! We are part of the 50 states!
