18 if u want to add brazil, puerto rico, belize that can be 21 oh and spain that is 22
belize is Central America but idk if it classified as hispanic
brazil is a latin country but dont speak spanish

Let's see Spain, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, most of the South American Countries (and Central American countries). I'm guessing there's at least 15-20.

"Hispanic" is a political designation used in the US so that Spanish speaking indians will get Affirmative Action jobs and scholarships and vote Democrat.
