It's shocking to see how kids in other countries are learning things in the 6th grade that American kids aren't taught until high school! Will the U.S. become a second rate country due to its horrendous educational deficiency when compared to other countries? I know people will say 'America has the greatest military in the world' and 'the U.S. has the greatest economy in the world'. These things may be true for NOW, but what about in a few decades, especially when Asian and European countries produce far more engineers, scientists, mathematicians, etc? Will nations like China and India become the new superpowers?
