If a lump of kebab meat slowly turns round on skewer tpye thing and is only infront of the grill for a quarter of the time, this meens for the other 3/4's it is not being heated. We all know that bacteria multiplies at temperatures between 5-60 degC.
so when the meat is around the other side of the grill,or pehaps not the surface of the meat, is between these temperatues.

The main point of the restaurant will be that 70% of the items sold will be pig of the spit roast. So ideally a name based around pork is what I am looking for although anything that would be catchy will be considered.
Thanks for your time!

Mine is Frankie and Bennys, the american/italian diner. the food is lush, the staff are friendly and its the first place my fella ever took me on a date! We go about twice a month.
