My husband purchased a strawberry shake from McDonald's, and as he was nearing the end of the drink, he removed the lid and straw and started drinking it right directly from the cup. Well, he got suprised when a hard plastic plug about 1 1/2" long slid into his mouth, and he nearly choked on it. We called McDonald's about the problem, and they basically called us liars, and asked us to bring it back in. We took it directly back, and they started LAUGHING and said "oh, that is just the plug to our shake machine"!!!! LAUGHING people, I just can't believe this! Then they asked us if we wanted them to give us another shake. We said is that all you can do for us, and they said yes. I called the district office, and she said all she could do is send us a letter of apology and some gift certificates. When it arrived in the mail it was only 5 dollars in certificates. I think they really screwed up here and handled it poorly, what if a small child had gotten ahold of this? What should we do?

I know that lot of adults don't like ketchup on Hot Dogs. But let's see, do you like ketchup on your Hot Dogs, do you not like ketchup on your Hot Dogs, why or why not? what is your opinion? is Mcdonald's and Burger King the reason America's youth is obese. Or is it the parents fault for not teaching their kids good habits? Maybe the kids themselves for not having the self control to get outside and excise. But they don't drive to the place so it is the parents again. But the kids want it, their fault? The places make the food so unhealthy but tasty but are they responsible.
