DO NOT EAT IT!!!
The general rule of thumb is food should be left out no longer than two hours if in an a room that is an where from 140°F (60°C) and 40°F (4°C). Within this temperature range, the danger zone, bacteria can multiply at a very fast rate, doubling in number about every 20 minutes. Unless this food was left at a very cold temp. I would not eat it, just throw it out... If you get it from a fast food restaurant and leave it in your car, it heats and gets cooler when you turn the air on so therefore it becomes within the danger zone and bacteria forms. However if you left in a cool car, like when it is snowing outside and do not turn on the heater, the food should be fine, but unless you are from Michigan or way up north I doubt that is the case here.

I'd nuke the hell out of it, but then it might not taste so great. Just make sure you really heat it up.

It's okay to eat it. It would not go bad in that amount of time.
It's psychological.
