A few months ago we stayed at the Travelodge near Scarborough.
We didn't get there until after 10, by the time we'd dumped our stuff and walked across to KFC the doors were shut.
However the drive thru was still open so we walked to the window and asked to place an order.
They refused unless we went and got our car and drove through.
Okay it was only 200 yds away but was that not a case of extracting the urine?
(The manager looked as though he hadn't started shaving yet, he was just saying that he couldn't do it.)
In the end we walked across to Tesco and got sandwiches and crisps.
Anyone else got similar stories?

My sister seems to think that Taco bell's apple caramel empanada is the the best, I think it's Popeyes deep fried apple pie is the best and my brother loves the apple turnovers from Arby's, so what do you think? Is there another place that you think has the best apple pie?

Waited over an hour for my pizza. Called the 362-3333 number and they told me the order had been "accidentally" dumped from the system and that no pizza was on the way. They then insulted me by offering to attempt to send another at half price that might show up in an hour or longer. So who dropped the ball. Was it the main switchboard or the local store? Im calling to gripe and complain tomorrow and need to know who to blame.

Mcdonalds food doesn't always taste good and i'm just curious does anybody like there food?

I'd have to say Taco Bells because right now my stomach is rockin! I ordered 4 hard shelled tacos, ate only 3 1/2 (around 2:00 am) I knew something was up when I kept smelling the shredded cheese. It smelled like shredded toe jam? Oh geeish I think I'm gonna hurl on my laptop! ( o _ 0 )

Fast food places are always serving hamburgers and sandwiches, but why not hot dogs? I mean, some people like them better than hamburgers, and plus, it seems like they are easier to make. I just don't get it!

did you know that mcdonalds takes chickens with unusually large breasts and chops them up to a pulp, mixes them with preserves (which are chemicals), presses them into familiar shapes and then deep fries them in the frier with added salt. would you want to eat this??? google 'morgan sperlock' or 'super size me'. this should bring up some much needed information that most people are not aware of! McDonalds must be done away with! along with all other fast food chains!
