I think that anyone who works in food service should be required to wash their hands after using the bathroom.

Where is this law? Is it for the people that work there? Should already be a law.
I can't see a law where people coming in must wash their hands...do they have a sink as you enter, you must wash your hands?

Well, that's a MUST-DO-LAW
for the workers there...
It's digusting if you don't wash (After doing something in the toilet) your hand. Especially, WORKERS in the restourants...
