Park Place is a VERY common piece. I have it and probably 9 out of 10 people collecting McDonald Monopoly pieces have it also. There are the common pieces and the rare pieces. Whoever gets Boardwalk will not want to share it because they will be able to get Park Place fairly easily.

ya right. That is like saying I'll give you 1 million for .5cents. If I got boardwalk I'd buy food until I got park place!

If they have park place they most likely have boardwalk themselves. Why would they give you have a million dollars?
