PDAs & Handhelds

I currently have a Treo 650. It is subject to constant soft resets to make it work (at least one every 24-48 hours).

I am looking for a new PDA/Phone and need advice.

Here are the items that are important to me:
- A good reliable phone that I don't have to reset so frequently
- Calendar access. I live off of my palm
- Mobile Internet
- Email (home and work)

Any ideas?

I'm looking to buy a phone, and I've been looking at the HTC touch, Nokia N95 and iphone. Is there any phone that combines most of the following features ?

Integrated GPS is a plus (if not it must have bluetooth)
touchscreen
windows mobile 6 is a plus (so it's easy to add applications)
good quality camera
on-screen keyboard instead of just buttons on your phone

Please suggest me some of the best phones that match my criteria. If only the HTC touch and Nokia N95 best suit me, which one would you suggest ?

Considering the battery life and how many mp3's you can hold with 4 gigs, why does anyone need more memory? You probably will only be able to watch 1 movie before the battery died. And who woud want to watch a movie that small in screen. Thats what a Laptop if for. Please explain for all you that need larger Storage.

I'm going on a month long roadtrip and I want something smaller than a labtop and less pricey than an Iphone.

All I want is to be able to surf the net cause I'm totally a net geek!!

Will a blackberry work on the road while traveling without Wi-Fi?
Is there something out there that's portable that doesn't need
Wi-Fi and can allow me to surf the net while on the road?

So i bought a palm treo 650 cell phone and have noticed that it overheats very easily and when it does i can not get it to come back on at all it seems whenever the battery gets over 92 degrees the phone won't come back on unless i pull the battery out and let it cool down. I'm just wondering if this is normal and if there is anything i can do to curb it. Cause if i talk on the phone longer than 5 min it overheats
