ernet? I have version 3.50 on my psp. I s there a way so I don't have to download & save it to my memory stick?

No. The Flash Player for the PSP will not play videos. There is an online convertor so you don't need a PC at http://www.vixy.net but you will still have to download it to your memstick and view it with the PSP video player, offline.
