the battery has gone down considerably?

I know that the lights dim when I run my vacuum cleaner. I have a plasma TV in the same room and I'm wondering whether running the vacuum could have any adverse effects on my expensive TV (e.g., ruining it).

I saw the advertisements for Zeno, which is a small device that is supposed to zap away zits. It's pretty expensive ($225). Has anyone tried it or knew someone who's tried it and tell me what they think of it? Please, only mature answers from people who've tried Zeno and please SPELL properly in your answers!

I want to burn something on a CD for a friend to cher her up, she just
recently suffered a tragic event. But I happen to not have any money .
So, I was wondering if I can I take a old CD I burn't a month ago all
filled up with songs and some how clean it and make it empty with

I bought 2 walkie talkies for personal use and I want to make sure I use the FRS and not the other. I read that you're not supposed to use channels 1-7 without a license, and that when on a FRS channel it is only 0.5 Watt. What does that mean? The mile range is 12 miles and is that effected when using the FRS? Also, as a procedure guideline it is telling me to transmit no more than 50 % of the time, what does that mean? Thank you for your help!
