Yes, just buy a transformer. Also, you will need a different plug. In Asia they are a different shape. You can buy a connecting device. No problem.

If it also runs on 60hz, you can use a device call a buck and boost transformer. It will convert your devices from 220 volt to operate on 110. If the appliances run on 200 volts, 50 hz, the transformer will work, but on a reduced capacity.

All of Europe runs on 220v 50 hz. Not all asian contries do so. In Japan it is 100v 60hz. I think some countries in asia that were former colonies of european countries (they built the infrastructure) are 220v.
The solution is incredibly simple. Every house in the US is wired for 110v and 220v. Appliances that use 220v are electric stove, clothes dryer and water heaters. All you need to do is wire up a mating connector adapter so that you can plug in the power cord of the appliance that require 220v. Don't worry about 50Hz vs. 60Hz. Now that they use switching power supplies, it doesn't care.
Another thing to keep in mind is that some devices are manufactured for domestic and export (usually US because of market size) and have a sliding switch in the back panel where you can choose 110v or 220v. Some of the heavier appliances may have wiring change you can make inside the unit (open the back cover) and rewire it for 110v.
