Every time i open my yahoo dsl internet thing a sign comes up and says program not responding, why?

Something is wrong with your set up. Reboot your computer, turn off your dsl modem, if you have a router, turn it off and turn them back on. If it still doesn't work, you may need to re-install the Yahoo software, if any is provided with that service.

Check with your dsl provider to see if there is a reset button on your modem. Your provider should walk you through steps to restore your connection.
